Our Founder
Sheenah is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Erase Borders, a top-tier minority- and woman-owned outsourcing company whose workforce solutions serve a variety of clients. Since its founding, Erase Borders has addressed the specific challenges of our clients including billing, data entry, record management, intake, scheduling, case management, mental health, bookkeeping, and social media.
Born in Uganda, and a graduate of Makerere University Business School with a degree in Business Administration and HR, and an MBA from Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia. Her career as a banker with Standard Chartered helped her understand the unique challenges of today’s business environment. She focused her energy on supporting businesses from start-up to exponential growth across East Africa. Her entrepreneurship led her to the United States where she has piloted outsourcing for clients who have benefited from her US/East Africa cross border expertise. With a deep passion for job creation and a welcome ear for leaders who are trying to solve workforce issues and cut cost.
