Sheenah is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Erase Borders, a leading minority- and woman-owned outsourcing company providing tailored workforce solutions to a diverse range of clients. Since its inception, Erase Borders has helped organizations overcome critical challenges in areas such as billing, data entry, record management, intake, scheduling, case management, mental health support, bookkeeping, and social media management.

Born in Uganda, Sheenah earned her degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from Makerere University Business School and later completed her MBA at Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia. She began her career in banking with Standard Chartered, where she gained firsthand insight into the complexities of today’s business environment.

Her professional journey soon evolved into entrepreneurship, where she focused on supporting businesses from start-up to scale-up across East Africa. Relocating to the United States, Sheenah combined her U.S. and East African expertise to pioneer innovative outsourcing solutions, helping clients achieve efficiency, cost savings, and growth.

With a deep passion for job creation and a strong commitment to listening to business leaders, Sheenah continues to dedicate her career to solving workforce challenges and driving sustainable impact.
